Circuit Training

I have been going to this every week for eight weeks, only two more to go. Its been getting progressively harder each week. I have really enjoyed it, but its so hard. I can see the improvements, there is so much I can do now, which I couldn't do when we started. Aerobic exercise is the killer for me, it just kills my chest. However, I can now run with high knees, kicking my bottom, fast feet, for a short while but I can do it. I can do burpees, slow but I can do them, this was unheard of when I started, I had to do a different exercise. Thanks to The Camp, I can do squats, press ups, plank and crunchies with relative ease. The group has been growing each week, this week probably due to the snow and peoples work commitments we only had about sixteen. But I feel sorry for anyone who decides to join the group now, talk about baptism by fire!
