Christmas Break - Circuit Training

Christmas Day tomorrow, a time to indulge and feed the bulging waistline :(

We finished the circuit training and I didn't do too bad. We had one minute on each activity with 30 seconds rest in between.
Fifteen took the test and these are my results:
Press up 36 (10th)
Squats 50 (13th)
Dips 50 (10th)
Burpees 10 (last)
Split Squats 32 (last)
Squat Thrusts 40 (last)

I am very happy with those results, considering I am the oldest there and there are only three girls in total who took the test. Most are fit men - 30's - 40's!

I have printed off the list, pinned it on my wall and will make more effort next year. I want to be the most improved.
