Body Conditioning and Circuits
The Triathlon Club have started a Body Conditioning and Circuits course on Tuesday nights, its for 10 weeks and I thought what a great way for a kick start. (which I so badly need as I have lost my motivation). It was a nice mixed group of mixed abilities and boy was it hard work! I was shattered by the time we finished the warm up! I did my best and had a really good work out, by the time we finished I was rather wet, but felt great. On the plus side, I did notice that my running was a lot easier by the end of the night, hopefully this is a good sign.
