Circuit Training
Made it to training this week. Had to go easy on the jumping bits as my knee is not 100%, but much better than it was. I did better than I thought I would, but still need to do more. I have found some exercises to strengthen my knees so will be trying those. Also I am thinking of going to Pilates and Yoga a couple of evening a week, that should also help with my breathing and flexibility.
