The weather has turned, gale force winds and rain....hope it clears up before Sunday. Regardless, I am looking forward to this, I found out about this 4 years ago, at least and now at last I will be there, just hope I am not disappointed.
I am still taking ibuprofen for my shoulder, which is still painful, but definitely getting better. I have been resting it as much as I can and have not been swimming or cycling since my last triathlon. (apart from cycling to work which is only 3 miles away).
I will start my packing today and will be setting off early tomorrow morning. It's a long drive mostly on the motorway, but I am looking forward to the wonderful wild scenery of Scotland.
