What's it all about?

2008 was a turning point in my life. I lost so much and ended in a deep spiral of depression to the point I tried to end it all. Slowly, I came back to life, but a changed person. My one goal is to get fit. I have tried for the best part of 5 years to run and for one reason or another, I have failed. In October 2008 I went away on my own, I spent a week at a women only boot camp, a week of exercise that left me no time to think about anything else, up at 5:30 in the morning to exercise all day and falling into bed at 9 p.m. each night. I survived it and it changed my life.

This blog will show the 5 years of my past walks (as I couldn't run) and 2009 which will be the year I get fit.
