Boundry Open Water Swim

I met Tracy at Boundry Park for the swim, she swam with me to the first buoy and back again, my problem is I am just not lifting my arms high enough, so they are not coming out of the water. That's why I am struggling and not getting anywhere. I was going to try half way again, but I ended up with cramp in my calf, it was agony, so I gave up and left. It was awfully smelly tonight and the weeds are rampant. I am not sure if the first buoy is 100 mts or 120 mts away, so I did 200 to 240 mts. An improvement.
