Swimming
I have concentrated on swimming this week. I have been taking my time and doing a few lengths of breast stroke for warm up. I am chuffed, I have managed to swim 2 lengths front crawl, without my flippers! I still find the breathing difficult, I take a breath but want to breath again before its time to. I suppose it's just more practice. At the end of the day, its progress, slow but progress never the less. It's the Tatton 10k today, I am just about to get ready more on this later today.
