Sunday Bike Ride

I went out with the Warrington Triathlon Group this morning for the Sunday bike ride.  It's the first time I have been out with them on my new bike. I am really pleased as not only did I manage to keep up, but on occasions I was at the front!  We did about 23 miles in under 2 hours, a big circular route on the smaller 'b' roads.  The weather was lovely and it was really enjoyable.
