I discovered a ladies only 10k being run in Sefton Park, Liverpool. I still couldn't run and I was visiting the asthma clinic every week to try this and that, but nothing seemed to work.
I really enjoyed this run which I did with another lady, we kept each other company and chatted all the way round, making a concentrated effort to run for the camera at the end.

My last run/walk for the year and my time had improved. My time 1:36:13.
