It starts today..

My first challenge is five weeks away.  I walked up two flights of stairs yesterday and my chest hurt! I have been weighed and I have to lose 20 kg to get in the middle of my accepted weight/height ratio. I have prepared a spreadsheet, worked out a healthy eating plan and taken all my measurements.  I just need to work out an exercise regime.  Its hard working full time, I am out from 7am to 5pm and I have a little dog to please.  I feel guilty going out riding after work when she has been alone all day. I am going to try leaving her at a friends during the day for a couple of days.  I have the dog trailer on my bike, but she doesn't like traffic and neither do I. cycle paths have stupid gates that I cannot get the trailer through.

But, it all starts today.
