And winter comes

Another season over and not a lot done. I did Blenheim and went down hill after that. A lot of personal issues, like redundancy and leaving home have put rather a strain on me. I have decided to give up triathlon for now, but just concentrate on getting fit again. I am not sure what training sessions I will be able to attend as I no longer have my little car, but I will be doing what I can. Looking forward to circuits starting in a couple of weeks, hopefully will kick start me. So far I am just doing a couple of hours walking each day.
