Circuit training was so hard this week, but good. I picked the easy exercises first so at least I could do them and the hard ones last - lol. To be honest, none are easy, just some I find I can do better than others. I can do squats a lot easier than burpees.

Swimming and Circuits
I went to club swimming on Saturday, after a break of over a year!! I quite surprised myself as I sometimes swim in the morning and I am lucky if I do 6-10 lengths. I managed 20! It's so much better when you are driven, rather than trying to drive yourself. Need to sort my leg kick out as I am not kicking from the hips, but that's all I really need to address, so quite chuffed.
