I still need to build my confidence on my bike, so afraid of getting seriously injured. And of course swimming....need to rejoin the gym.

Daily Jog/Walk
Now I have proper kit, shoes, jacket, bra (so important), I have started to do a daily jog/walk. My route was too short and today I finished in just over 10 mins, so have set a new route just over 4k. It is along lit roads so I can do this any time, especially as it doesn't get light until after 9 and gets dark after 3:30! I will continue with my long Sunday jog/walk which takes an hour this is with my local running group, majority are girls (just a couple of lads).
