Circuit Training

New Year, new session for Circuit Training. On the whole it went well, more focus on form than quantity. Again, some were easy, some I just couldn't do.
I am attempting to run and that is getting better, I did 3 miles in 43 minutes, I think that's my fastest ever. Jog two lamp posts, walk one, then when I got tired at the half way it was jog one walk one, the last quarter mainly walking and a last ditch effort at the end.
I put on 3lbs over Christmas, thankfully I have lost it now. I hate being obese.
